About

This fund was set up to support nonprofits + charities, which were selected by Pantheon staff + community members, in improving the lives + expanding the rights of those in the LGBTQIA+ community. Each nonprofit listed here is involved in work that benefits the LGBTQIA+ community in some capacity, + 100% of the funds raised will be split evenly between the 50 organizations. Anyone can contribute to this fund, so please share it far + wide! If you do donate, remember to also ask your employer if they’ll match your donation. Note: Pantheon matches donations for full-time employees up to $500 USD per year per employee, up to $25K USD per year.

Brave Space Alliance

As the first Black-led, trans-led LGBTQ+ org in the midwest, Brave Space Alliance is dedicated to creating and providing affirming, culturally competent, for-us by-us resources, programming, and services for LGBTQ+ individuals on the South and West sides of Chicago, Illinois. The organization strives to empower, embolden, and educate members and allies of the LGBTQ+ community through mutual aid, knowledge-sharing, and the creation of community-sourced resources to build toward the liberation of all oppressed peoples.

The Plexus Education Foundation Inc

To improve the workplace environment for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender individuals through education, research and development resulting in enrichment of the entire community.

Youth Pride Association

The Youth Pride Association is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization with the mission to promote and foster the acceptance of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer (LGBTQ) people in educational institutions. We work to address the alarming and substantial adversities LGBTQ youth face in schools through education, support, and advocacy.

Los Angeles LGBT Center

The Los Angeles LGBT Center is building a world where LGBT people thrive as healthy, equal and complete members of society.Since 1969 we have cared for, championed, and celebrated LGBT individuals and families in Los Angeles and beyond. Today the Center's nearly 800 employees provide services for more LGBT people than any other organization in the world, offering programs, services, and global advocacy that span four broad categories: Health, Social Services and Housing, Culture and Education, Leadership and Advocacy.

The OUTreach Center

The OUTeach Center demonstrates leadership in community education and outreach on LGBT+ issues by advocating for an Antelope Valley that values our humanity and diversity.  We seek to build the foundation of an enduring and thriving LGBT community through celebration, connection, and empowerment.  We strive for dignity and integrity in our pursuit of social justice.

Lambert House

Lambert House empowers lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and questioning (LGBTQ+) youth through the development of leadership, social, and life skills.

Queer Women of Color Media Arts Project (QWOCMAP)

QWOCMAP uses film to shatter stereotypes and bias, reveal the lived truths of inequality, and build understanding and community around art and social justice. QWOCMAP creates, exhibits, and distributes high-impact films that authentically reflect the lives of queer women of color (cisgender & transgender), and gender nonbinary and transgender people of color (of any orientation), and address the vital, intersecting social justice issues that concern multiple communities.

Side by Side's mission is to walk with young people impacted by adversity toward a future with connection and meaning.

The Pacific Pride Foundation, Inc.

Pacific Pride Foundation is dedicated to ensuring a vibrant, thriving, and visible LGBTQ+ community. Founded in 1976, PPF continues to be a leader on California’s Central Coast, providing counseling, youth and senior programming, education and training, and HIV and Hep-C prevention services, including the only syringe exchange program in Santa Barbara County.

The Center for Sexuality & Gender Diversity

The Center for Sexuality & Gender Diversity is an easy-access hub providing a safe, supportive space and services to LGBTQIA2S+ adults and youth. The Center seeks to improve the well-being of all LGBTQIA2S+ persons by providing a positive environment and a place to find help, as well as social and cultural programs and activities to enhance their quality of life. The Center seeks to strengthen the connection between the LGBTQ+ community and the entire Kern County area community through diversity education programs designed to foster a greater understanding of sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender expression issues. We seek to empower LGBTQ+ persons to celebrate and be proud of whom they are and to live full rewarding lives as productive and contributing members of society.

Somos Familia Valle

Somos Familia Valle is our local San Fernando Valley queer trans people of color-led community organization dedicated to support, empower, train, and mobilize trans and queer people, immigrants, our families, and allies for racial, gender, environmental, and economic justice.

InterPride - the International Association of Pride Organizers

InterPride is the international organization that advances the Pride movement by coordinating with global partners that share our values.Mission: - To contribute to the visibility and inclusion of diverse sexual orientations, gender identities and expressions, and sex characteristics (SOGIESC) communities.- To connect, grow, and support Pride Platforms and networks globally- To assist the Pride movement to design and conduct human rights events that deconstruct myths, lies, and prejudices surrounding SOGIESC realities. - To maximize networking and communication across the global Pride movement, offer resources, grow, and leverage partnerships.Vision: InterPride’s mission is to achieve legal, social, and cultural equity for SOGIESC communities through the Pride movement.

OutRight Action International

Founded in 1990, with staff in over a dozen countries, Outright International works with the United Nations, regional human rights monitoring bodies and civil society partners. Outright holds consultative status at the United Nations where it serves as the secretariat of the UN LGBTI Core Group. Outright is dedicated to working with partners around the globe to strengthen the capacity of the LGBTIQ human rights movement, document and amplify human rights violations against LGBTIQ people, and advocate for inclusion and equality. Together, for better LGBTIQ lives. OUTRIGHT.

Openhouse

Founded in San Francisco in 1998, Openhouse enables San Francisco Bay Area lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) seniors to overcome the unique challenges they face as they age by providing housing, direct services, and community programs.  Openhouse works to reduce isolation and empower LGBT seniors to improve their health, well-being and economic security.

The Trevor Project

The Trevor Project's mission is to end suicide among gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning (LGBTQ) young people.We are the world’s largest suicide prevention and crisis intervention organization for LGBTQ young people. The organization works to save young lives by providing support through free and confidential suicide prevention and crisis intervention programs on platforms where young people spend their time: our 24/7 phone lifeline, chat, text. We also run TrevorSpace, the world’s largest safe space social networking site for LGBTQ youth, and operate innovative education, research, and advocacy programs.

Human Rights Campaign Foundation

The Human Rights Campaign Foundation improves the lives of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) people by working to increase understanding and encourage the adoption of LGBTQ-inclusive policies and practices.We build support for LGBTQ people among families and friends, co-workers and employers, pastors and parishioners, doctors and teachers, neighbors, and the public. GLAAD is the world's lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) media advocacy organization promoting and ensuring fair, accurate and inclusive representation of people and events in the media as a means to build a culture that embraces full acceptance of the LGBT community, thereby eliminating homophobia, transphobia and discrimination based on gender identity and sexual orientation.

Transgender Law Center

Transgender Law Center changes law, policy, and attitudes so that all people can live safely, authentically, and free from discrimination regardless of their gender identity or expression. TLC is the largest national trans-led organization advocating self-determination for all people. Grounded in legal expertise and committed to racial justice, TLC employs a variety of community-driven strategies to keep transgender and gender nonconforming people alive, thriving, and fighting for liberation.

National LGBTQ Task Force

The National LGBTQ Task Force advances full freedom, justice and equality for LGBTQ people. We are building a future where everyone can be free to be their entire selves in every aspect of their lives. Today, despite all the progress we’ve made to end discrimination, millions of LGBTQ people face barriers in every aspect of their lives: in housing, employment, healthcare, retirement, and basic human rights. These barriers must go. That’s why the Task Force is training and mobilizing millions of activists across our nation to deliver a world where you can be you. Join us!

Our free legal assistance empowers individuals to assert their own legal rights. National Center for Transgender Equality

The National Center for Transgender Equality advocates to change policies and society to increase understanding and acceptance of transgender people. In the nation’s capital and throughout the country, NCTE works to replace disrespect, discrimination, and violence with empathy, opportunity, and justice.

Trans Lifeline

Trans Lifeline is a national trans-led organization dedicated to improving the quality of trans lives by responding to the critical needs of our community with direct service, material support, advocacy, and education. Our vision is to fight the epidemic of trans suicide and improve overall life-outcomes of trans people by facilitating justice-oriented, collective community aid.

Out in Tech

Out in Tech unites the LGBTQ+ tech community. We do this by creating opportunities for our 25k members to advance their careers, grow their networks, and leverage tech for social change. We envision a tech industry where LGBTQ people are empowered and well represented at all levels, from intern to CEO. We believe this will lead to more equitable and inclusive workplaces (for all, including women and people of color), innovative new products, and a more just future.

Bisexual Queer Alliance Chicago

It is BQAC’s mission to educate, empower, and provide resources for bisexual and queer persons. We aim to do this by directly educating the bisexual and queer communities along with the general public, creating awareness of bisexual and queer issues, amassing and disseminating resources and information, and through charitable acts to the bisexual and queer community.

Equality Florida Institute, Inc.

Through education, grassroots organizing, coalition building, and lobbying, we are changing Florida so that no one suffers harassment or discrimination on the basis of their sexual orientation or gender identity. Our organizational objectives are clear: passing local LGBTQ protections at the municipal level, passing a statewide non-discrimination law, passing a statewide anti-bullying law, passing legislation to protect the transgender community, and changing public opinion in the state of Florida regarding LGBT individuals and families.

Lavender Rights Project

Lavender Rights Project elevates the power, autonomy, and leadership of the Black intersex & gender diverse community through intersectional legal and social services. We utilize the law as an organizing principle to affirm our civil rights and self-determination. Our organization disrupts oppressive systems that target Black gender diverse and intersex communities of color and lead to disproportionate levels of poverty, housing disparities, and gender-based violence, especially among Black and Indigenous people.
